The Purchaser(s) agrees to and understands the following conditions:

• The kitten/cat described above shall not be used for breeding purposes of any kind. This is a condition of purchase at the Pet price stated above.

• The kitten/cat shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment.

• The kitten/cat shall not be sold, given or donated to any person without the Breeder's prior knowledge and consent.

If, for any reason, you are unable to keep and provide for this kitten – the kitten/cat is to be returned to the breeder.  Breeder will take back the kitten/cat for the LIFE OF THE ANIMAL.  If cat must be shipped, it is to be shipped pre-paid.  NO CASH WILL BE REFUNDED.

The Purchaser(s) further warrant that the kitten:

• Will be kept as a Pet in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare and will be fed a suitable diet for its age and condition.

• Will receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health.

• The kitten has been purchased as a Pet and must be neutered/spayed after 6 months of age but not before 6 months.

The Purchaser(s) further understands that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract, or if the kitten is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive adequate medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said kitten to the Breeder unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.

The Transfer of Ownership document (Registration Papers) will be supplied upon receipt of a signed copy of this document, the relevant payment, and evidence of neutering/spaying.

PLEASE NOTE: FIP and FIV vaccine voids ALL guarantees.  Declawing a cat/kitten is not allowed.  Please use soft paws or a weekly nail trim. 

The Purchaser and the Breeder acknowledge by their signature below that this contact is a legally binding contract.
